Con men.. Are they rapists?

I, unfortunately, have recently had the pleasure of a con man, and I have a story to tell!
I responded to a client inquiry regarding an overnight PSE. There were several emails back and forth in getting organized, but it was done.
Money was agreed upon. Bank details were given. Hotels were confirmed, and all was set.. Easy!
The evening was fabulous. James was great company. He was polite, clean, well spoken, very kinky and totally full of shit!! BUT I had no idea, or didn't see it coming...
I have posted the entire story for you all to read WAS at escortcons.blogspot.com.au (blog has been deleted by Google thanks to someone complaining)
Please set aside some time, its a huge, and entertaining read!
My goal is to see this blogs viral, and keep this guy running, and to stop anyone else in their tracks from thinking of doing the same thing.

The story itself, apart from seeming like a 'poor little escort missed out on $5k' has quite an interesting curl, thanks to the many Twitter Followers.. It has started converstations such as 'Rape by deception' .. interesting.
Deciphering that is black and white.
Was sex consentual? Why was sex consentual?
Was money the reason of consent?
Of course, money, in this industry, is the cause of consent. So in a professional situation, would the 'professional lady' consent to sex with this person with the offer of money? No..
There have been a few cases trialed in the UK, and California are playing with it.
Australia has convicted a few, just enough to trigger the thought..
Is it 'rape by deception?' Yes, it is.
Next step a good lawyer to run with that!! Get in touch if you are one ;-)
